MES Solution Architect Manager (AVEVA)

Experteer Overview In this role you guide transformational MES initiatives as a Manufacturing Execution Systems Solution Architect Manager within Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations. You collaborate with senior leaders to capture requirements, design scalable AVEVA MES solutions, and lead delivery on complex projects. You will mentor teams, promote knowledge sharing, and shape how clients optimize manufacturing operations through digital technologies and analytics. This position offers high-impact work at the intersection of supply chain and technology with broad client exposure. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with senior leaders on MES capabilities and strategic needs * Capture requirements, translate them into MES features, and collaborate with architects on scalable solutions * Conduct functional and technical architecture analysis, research, and design for MES * Deliver complex MES projects in a fast-paced, team environment * Promote knowledge sharing and address client challenges with innovative MES solutions across the practice * Mentor and provide guidance to project teams * Manage multiple tasks and priorities in dynamic client settings * Support onsite and offshore delivery models * Present technical concepts to diverse client audiences * Drive project outcomes and client value through effective delivery and collaboration Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years of MES experience * 5+ years of experience implementing AVEVA MES solutions (design, install, configure, integrate, upgrade) * 5+ years in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, data mapping, specification development, testing, deployment, and delivery * Experience using analytics and metrics to assess manufacturing performance; track record leading 2+ MES implementations and system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
