Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead functional support and transformation initiatives for Oracle Retail Cloud apps within Deloitte AMS engagements. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, manage incidents and releases, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll support MFCS, PCS, IMCS, and related integrations, while helping deliver both support and implementations. You’ll work with senior stakeholders and engage across retail domains to enable stable, automated, and high-value outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Manage incident, problem, change, and release activities for Oracle Retail Cloud modules * Lead requirements analysis, functional design, and testing coordination * Drive business process optimization and stakeholder engagement * Support MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner, and related integrations * Partner with business and tech teams to improve stability, automation, and performance * Contribute to Retail implementation initiatives when engaged in projects * Communicate with Engagement Managers and project teams; escalate issues as needed * Lead projects or workstreams and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Tasks * 10+ years of experience managing Oracle Retail and Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree in a related IT discipline (or equivalent experience) * Willingness to travel ~10% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations
