Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As an experienced Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead, you will support Deloitte’s AMS engagements, delivering ongoing functional support, enhancements, and transformation for Oracle Retail Cloud. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive stability, automation, and performance improvements, and may lead Retail implementations when needed. This role blends advisory and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will work with MFCS, PCS, IMCS, and related integrations to enable value-driven outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Support Oracle Retail Cloud AMS engagements with incident, problem, change, and release management * Conduct requirements analysis, functional design, and testing coordination * Drive business process optimization and stakeholder engagement * Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver automation and transformation initiatives * Support Retail implementations when Deloitte is engaged in projects and may assume priority over support * Maintain effective communication with Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams * Provide clear guidance and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment * Lead projects or workstreams and build professional relationships Tasks * 10+ years of experience in managing Oracle Retail or Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience * Ability to travel ~10% depending on engagements * Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and delivery quality * Ability to lead projects or workstreams and prioritize multiple tasks * Experience with stakeholder engagement and collaboration across teams Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for recruiting process * limited immigration sponsorship may be available
