MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions for clients, combining business, industry, and functional expertise to deliver scalable, fit-for-purpose implementations. You will lead a Deloitte delivery team, collaborate with clients and cross-functional experts, and contribute to pre-sales efforts while staying current on D365 capabilities. You’ll work across nearshore and offshore centers to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous support. This is your chance to shape finance and operations transformations at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and deliver Dynamics 365 F&O-based solutions for clients * Understand client business requirements and translate them into functional designs with functional and technical consultants * Provide leadership to the delivery team through the implementation lifecycle * Collaborate with internal and external experts to design and optimize solutions * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities and proposals * Maintain up-to-date expertise on all Dynamics 365 features and capabilities * Coordinate with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within the Deloitte network Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in professional services or equivalent * 5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O * Experience documenting business requirements and design specifications * Experience leading workshops with stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs/SOWs, client presentations) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
