MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead and shape D365 F&O implementations for clients, combining business, industry, and functional expertise. You’ll guide a delivery team to design scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions while collaborating with functional and technical consultants. The position emphasizes client engagement, workshops, and cross-team coordination across Deloitte’s global network. You will drive qualification, pre-sales support, and ongoing knowledge of the Dynamics platform, contributing to client transformation at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a Deloitte delivery team to design and implement Dynamics 365-based solutions for clients * Translate client business requirements into functional and technical designs with cross-functional collaborators * Provide leadership through the delivery lifecycle from analysis to support * Collaborate with internal and external experts to deliver innovative solutions * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities and maintain deep Dynamics 365 expertise * Coordinate with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within Deloitte’s network Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in professional services * 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O * Experience in business requirement and design documentation * Experience in leading workshops with key stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs and SOWs) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * broad range of benefits * professional development opportunities * accommodations for disabilities
