MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

Experteer Overview In this Manager role, you lead and design D365 F&O solutions that are scalable and fit-for-purpose, guiding clients through analysis, design, build, test, deploy, and support. You will manage a Deloitte delivery team and collaborate with functional and technical experts to translate business needs into Dynamics-based outcomes. The role involves client workshops, pre-sales support, and maintaining up-to-date D365 expertise across nearshore and offshore delivery centers. You’ll work with CFOs, CIOs, and business leaders to transform finance and supply-chain processes, driving measurable impact. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a Deloitte team to design and deliver Dynamics 365-based solutions for clients * Understand client business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs * Provide leadership during the deployment and delivery lifecycle * Collaborate with internal and external experts across the Deloitte network * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities * Maintain expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 features across the platform * Coordinate with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within Deloitte Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in professional services or internal industry roles * 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O * Experience in business requirement and design documentation * Experience leading workshops with key stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs, SOWs, client presentations) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * broad range of benefits * professional development opportunities
