Oracle EPM Manager - FCCS

Experteer Overview In this role you guide Oracle EPM and FCCS transformation initiatives for finance functions, partnering with CFOs and senior finance leaders. You will shape solution designs, oversee cloud implementations, and drive value through modernized, data-driven processes. You’ll work within the Controllership and Treasury Transformation team to deliver measurable improvements in financial and operational performance. This is a high-impact role that blends technical delivery with client collaboration and leadership. You will help clients become strategic business partners and accelerate their transformation journey. Compensation / Benefits * Lead small engagements or workstreams within larger Finance Transformation programs focused on Oracle EPM and FCCS * Gather requirements, diagnose finance process issues, and translate needs into designs and implementation plans * Oversee delivery across configuration, business rules, testing, deployment, and stabilization for Oracle EPM cloud * Develop and present recommendations and project updates based on analysis and discussions * Support proposal development, manage day-to-day team activities, and mentor practitioners Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 6+ years of consulting experience in a corporate environment or with a consulting firm * Experience completing at least 2 full lifecycle cloud Oracle EPM implementations, including FCCS or ARCS * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel ~50% Key requirements *
