MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview In this role, you shape MES solutions for manufacturing operations within Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations offering. You’ll design architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, lead delivery through end-to-end project phases, and advise senior leaders on transformation opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital and analytics-enabled improvements in client manufacturing networks. This is an opportunity to impact large-scale supply chains and develop cutting-edge MES capabilities with a global firm. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with clients to translate MES needs into scalable designs * Design MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva including config, integration, deployment, and upgrades * Oversee end-to-end project delivery from requirements to post-go-live support * Advise leaders on MES capabilities and transformation opportunities * Contribute to practice development by sharing knowledge and solving client challenges Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years MES experience with Apriso/Opcenter/Aveva * 5+ years in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, data mapping, specification development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support * Experience quantifying manufacturing improvements with analytics * Led 2+ MES implementations and defined system architecture * Willingness to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
