Experteer Overview In this role you help drive finance transformation initiatives for clients, focusing on planning, forecasting, and analytics within a modern data-enabled ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement finance operating models and governance structures. Expect work on technology-enabled finance solutions, data-driven reporting, and process automation to deliver timely insights. Compensation / Benefits * Support finance transformation projects centered on planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics * Gather and analyze requirements, current-state processes, and future-state workflows * Assist with design and implementation of finance operating models, governance, and process improvements * Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations, process documentation, and status updates * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy technology-enabled finance solutions, data-driven reporting, and process automation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 2+ years in finance transformation, FP&A, operating model design, or global business services * 2+ years gathering requirements, documenting process flows, or developing future-state documentation * 2+ years supporting Oracle EPM-based finance transformation or related projects * Ability to travel ~50% Key requirements *
