Cyber Identity - SailPoint Consultant - Security Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will help secure client environments by designing and operating SailPoint IAM solutions, including AI agents and non-human identities. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical identity governance solutions and drive security hardening across provisioning, certifications, and access management. You will contribute to governance and lifecycle processes for both human and non-human identities, delivering measurable improvements in security and compliance. Compensation / Benefits * Design, implement, and operate SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in complex client environments * Configure connectors, workflows, and integration components, including governance of AI agents and non-human identities * Apply IAM engineering standards and secure development practices across provisioning, certification, role management, and onboarding * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions * Support governance and operational processes for lifecycle management, access certifications, credential rotation, deprovisioning, monitoring, and control improvement Tasks * 2+ years in identity and access management or cybersecurity * 2+ years designing/developing/architecting enterprise IAM solutions * 1+ years leading technical teams or workstreams in IAM projects * 2+ years integrating IAM solutions with enterprise infrastructure and applications * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program
