Kforce’s client in Armonk, NY that is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale, greenfield customer technology and customer information system transformation for a regulated energy and utilities organization. The program is modernizing customer service and clean-energy program capabilities, replacing legacy Salesforce environments, preserving required business logic, and reducing technical debt through a clean future-state architecture. The core technology landscape includes Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, OmniStudio including OmniScript, the Salesforce Clean Energy Module, SAP BTP integrations, customer-facing APIs, data migration, security and privacy, quality engineering, and enterprise release management., * Assess stakeholder groups, current ways of working, process changes, system impacts, role impacts, adoption risks, and readiness needs
- Develop and execute change, communication, stakeholder engagement, readiness, learning, adoption, and reinforcement plans aligned to program milestones and releases
- Translate changes involving Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniScript-guided processes, Clean Energy Module capabilities, customer APIs, and data migration into clear audience-specific messages and role impacts
- Create communication materials, manager guidance, job aids, learning inputs, process-change summaries, readiness checklists, and adoption measures
- Partner with business leaders, product owners, Business Analysts, UX, architects, QA, project management, release, and training resources
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions, readiness reviews, office hours, feedback loops, and change-network activities
- Track resistance, communication effectiveness, training completion, user confidence, adoption, and post-release reinforcement needs
- Support UAT engagement, cutover communications, hypercare, and transition to steady-state operations
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience supporting change management, communications, readiness, or adoption for large enterprise technology, CRM, Salesforce, or customer-service transformations
- Ability to understand and explain the business impacts of Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, Clean Energy Module capabilities, integrations, data migration, and customer-process changes
- Experience with stakeholder analysis, change-impact assessment, communication planning, readiness, learning support, adoption measurement, and reinforcement
- Strong facilitation, presentation, writing, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience working with senior leaders, operational stakeholders, and distributed Agile delivery teams
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make complex technical and process changes understandable to nontechnical audiences, * Prosci, CCMP, ATD, or comparable change-management or training credentials
- Utility customer-service, customer information system, or clean-energy program transformation experience
- Experience with Salesforce learning, digital-adoption platforms, or role-based training development

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
