NCIS Windows Systems Administrator | Active Top Secret clearance

VA.Administer, manage and maintain Windows servers 2019 and 2022.Responsible for Windows Server patching in an operational environment.Experience with the following: Domain controllers, Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS), Active Directory, DNS servers, DHCP and Group Policy Object. Create, manage, and maintain accounts and groups in Active Directory, LDAPExperience with PowerShell scripting.Monitors system environments and resources.Analyze, troubleshoot, resolve, and documents problems with business applications and hardware on all enclaves.Oversees system recovery mechanisms.Exhibit the capability to resolve issues independently.Coordinate, communicate, escalate required changes, and major issues.Help diagnose and resolve computer-related problems as requested by employees and contractors, either in person or by using remote control software.Respond to telephone calls and email requests for technical support.Accurately documents all work in ServiceNow.
