Job description
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment
- Perform IMACD activities (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose)
- Support Windows imaging and re-imaging processes
- Configure and deploy end-user equipment
- Manage and update asset inventory
- Handle ServiceNow tickets and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate IMACD scheduling and execution with internal teams and third-party vendors
- Provide high-quality VIP user support
- Support wireless devices including iPhone, Android, and Blackberry
- Ensure compliance with ESD safety standards
- Assist with site surveys, installations, de-installations, and equipment relocation
- Follow documentation and knowledge articles to resolve technical issues.
