- Serve as a primary point of contact for Training & Enablement system administrative needs and requests.
- Process enablement and technology administration requests with a focus on LMS and LXP systems.
- Manage user and customer requests, including enrollments, assignments, and learner support.
- Send personalized communications and manage CRM, LMS, and LXP source data to ensure accuracy.
- Provide ongoing learner support, including troubleshooting, follow-ups, progress monitoring, reporting, and visibility to teams.
- Engage with trainers, developers, managers, and field personnel to coordinate learning programs.
- Consult on processes, operations, and execution of training requests, escalating issues as required.
- Promote best practices aligned to RDC Training & Development goals and priorities.
- Maintain and continuously improve quality systems, processes, and documentation.
- Participate in special projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
We are seeking a Training System Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on system administration for Training & Enablement platforms and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors), Learning Experience Platforms, ServiceNow, and Google Suite and a proven ability to process training requests, maintain high-quality data, deliver learner support, and drive process improvements. This is a system administration role, not a content creation role., * Bachelor’s degree, or Associate’s degree with 3 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.
- Thorough understanding of training and learning business processes.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms.
- Experience with ServiceNow and productivity suites such as Google Suite.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities with outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve routine and complex issues independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment with composure and flexibility.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or other LMS platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools and/or Google Suite.
