Computer Support Associate

This role is onsite and involves monitoring, managing, reporting, collaborating, and triaging changes to the information technology infrastructure within established processes. The role addresses low complexity infrastructure problems and routine changes, providing basic support to deliver functionality on a defined portion of a single infrastructure technology. The position may involve some interaction with functional business partners on tactical issues and limited contact with suppliers., * Monitor, manage, report, collaborate, and triage changes to the IT infrastructure.

• Work on low complexity infrastructure problems and routine changes.
• Deliver infrastructure technology for multi-functional business needs.
• Provide basic infrastructure support.
• Interact with functional business partners and suppliers as needed.

• 5 years of experience in infrastructure support activities.
• Experience in monitoring, managing, reporting, collaborating, and triaging changes within established processes.
• Experience in infrastructure and application domain functions.
• Practical experience in monitoring, managing, event, change, and incident management.
• Ability to perform and apply information analysis to resolve infrastructure problems.
• Demonstrated experience with identifying, analyzing, selecting, and applying new IT infrastructure components.

Skills:

• Experience in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to support on-call duties and 24x7 work rotation if needed.
• Demonstrated experience with infrastructure support beyond basic support desk experience.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.33 - $32.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
