Act as a central point of contact for subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to design engaging, high-impact learning solutions.

salary: $60 - $63.7 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients, Learning Consultants, Learning Solutions, and Enablement & Operations teams to co-create tailored learning solutions that meet business objectives. Manage stakeholder relationships, contributing to clear communication and alignment throughout projects. Develop high-level and detailed designs that define learning outcomes, instructional strategies, and assessments aligned with client priorities. Create engaging, clear, and accessible learning content and materials across modalities, including live, virtual, and digital formats. Utilize design thinking and learner-centric approaches to empathize with client and learner needs, ideate solutions, and prototype concepts for early validation. Facilitate review and revision cycles with stakeholders and subject matter specialists to ensure quality, relevance, and alignment with compliance standards. Plan and support execution of live and virtual learning events, including facilitation guides, show flows, and rehearsal coordination. Apply standards for compliance, accessibility, cultural awareness, and content risk management throughout the design and development process. Collaborate with Enablement & Operations teams to integrate innovative technologies, tools, and processes that enhance learning delivery and measurement.
