Job description

This is a hands-on IT Support / Systems Administrator role. The manager is looking for someone closer to a senior-level support professional rather than a junior technician. The person will provide day-to-day IT support while also assisting with ongoing infrastructure and migration projects.

  • Desktop and end-user support
  • User onboarding and offboarding
  • System access and identity management
  • License administration and provisioning
  • Managing user accounts and permissions
  • General IT support for employees across the organization
  • Assisting with system migration projects
  • Providing occasional after-hours support when needed
  • Handling approximately 10-15 support tickets per day

  • Able to explain complex technical concepts in simple, non-technical terms
  • Curious and resourceful; willing to research and learn when unfamiliar with an issue
  • Comfortable balancing daily support work with project-based responsibilities
