Job description

You will handle complex 3rd-level IT support requests (in person, by phone, or remotely) and develop sustainable solutions.
You’ll support the strategic development of our clients’ IT landscapes and actively drive digital transformation projects forward.
You’ll develop application solutions and automate processes using scripts, such as PowerShell.
You will contribute to client projects on a project-by-project basis as part of their digital transformation efforts.
You will continuously optimize existing IT processes and create structured documentation as well as practical workarounds.

Requirements

A successfully completed degree in computer science, completed IT training (e.g., as an IT specialist in system integration), or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience and very good knowledge of IT infrastructure
Solid experience in administering Windows servers (from 2019 onward) and Linux systems
Knowledge of MySQL, Microsoft SQL, and PostgreSQL
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows domain structures, and Microsoft Exchange
Expertise in network technologies, protocols, and IT security infrastructures
Strong programming skills, particularly in Windows PowerShell, Java, and PHP
Interest in modern technologies, as well as excellent German and good English skills
