Job description

We are seeking an IT Support & Endpoint Management Specialist to join a growing technology team. This role combines traditional IT support responsibilities with endpoint management, device lifecycle management, software deployments, security initiatives, and technology modernization projects.

The ideal candidate will enjoy balancing hands-on user support with project-based work focused on improving endpoint management, automation, security, and the overall employee technology experience., End User Support

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for employees
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues
  • Respond to and resolve service desk tickets
  • Support desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral issues
  • Deliver excellent customer service and user communication

Endpoint Management

  • Administer and maintain endpoint management solutions
  • Manage device deployments, replacements, and lifecycle activities
  • Configure, maintain, and support Windows-based endpoints
  • Assist with endpoint standardization initiatives
  • Support endpoint security and compliance efforts

Software Deployment & Modernization

  • Package and deploy applications
  • Manage software installations, upgrades, and updates
  • Support patch management processes
  • Assist with enterprise technology rollouts and migration projects
  • Participate in endpoint modernization initiatives

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Support process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with PowerShell automation efforts
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and end-user experience, * Opportunity to work with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Involvement in enterprise endpoint modernization initiatives
  • Experience supporting security, compliance, and automation projects
  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on technology standardization and user experience improvements

Education & Qualifications
