ServiceNow Developer

• We configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across HRSD and CSM.
• We build and maintain record producers, forms, workflows, catalog items, notifications, and case management capabilities.
• We configure Employee Centre experiences and user journeys.
• We develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
• We support configuration of Virtual Agent and Now Assist capabilities.
• We participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical design discussions.
• We support unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution activities.
• We produce and maintain technical documentation.
• We collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.

• ServiceNow, We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the delivery of a large-scale ServiceNow implementation. This is a 6-month contract based in Telford, with 2-3 days per week onsite, and a rate of up to £740 per day. You will work as part of a delivery team across multiple workstreams, with a focus on HRSD, CSM, Employee Centre, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent, and integrations. We are a specialist recruitment business supporting this opportunity, and the role requires active SC clearance.

• We require hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• We require strong experience with HRSD.
• We require experience across one or more of the following: CSM, Source-to-Pay Operations, Employee Centre / Employee Centre Pro, ServiceNow Integrations, Virtual Agent, and Now Assist.
• We require experience developing case workflows, service catalogues, agent workspaces, and portal experiences.
• We require strong ServiceNow scripting skills, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.
• We require experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and/or IntegrationHub.
• We require experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies and test cycles.
• We require strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• We require ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• We require active SC Clearance.
• We require candidates to be UK based.
• We require experience working within large-scale enterprise or public sector ServiceNow delivery programmes.
• We require strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• We require the ability to work collaboratively across multiple supplier and stakeholder teams.
• We highly value ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD certification.
• We highly value ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM certification.
