We are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Officer to provide first- and second-line IT support to employees and external partners. You will handle user requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support the installation and configuration of Windows laptops. Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support via ticketing system, email, phone, and on-site helpdesk.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure Windows 11 laptops for new and existing users.
• Support Microsoft 365 / Office 365 applications.
• Manage and follow up IT incidents and service requests in TOPdesk.
• Provide on-site support at the helpdesk desk and assist users with urgent issues.
• Collaborate with Digital Systems and Digital Infrastructure teams.
• Support users during technology and application changes, including SAP.

• Proven experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
• Good knowledge of laptop hardware and troubleshooting.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems, preferably TOPdesk.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency.
• English: Professional working proficiency.
