Job description
- Review and analyze Authorization Services processes, procedures, and technical solutions
- Coordinate with government stakeholders to define requirements, constraints, schedules, and workloads
- Recommend modernization of authorization service policies, practices, and IT solutions
- Produce and maintain documentation for lifecycle hardware maintenance processes
- Draft technical solutions to enhance and modernize infrastructure services (with government approvals)
- Evaluate applications for capabilities, languages, and migration readiness
- Provide collaboration and information sharing tools to support training, outreach, and stakeholder awareness
- Conduct analysis, develop processes, and produce deliverables to increase mission stakeholder knowledge
- Lead Systems Engineering efforts and major phases of complex IT projects
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (must already be held)
- Certified System Administrator Certification from ServiceNow
- Certified Implementation Specialist in Integrated Risk Management OR Governance, Risk and Compliance
- High School/GED + 20 years relevant experience
- Associate’s degree + 15 years
- Bachelor’s degree + 12 years
- Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering initiatives
- Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Proficiency developing and maintaining customer focused reports and dashboards
- Hands on experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
