Resolve complex issues on critical programs involving architectural approaches, requirements, specifications, and design. Lead technical proposal preparation, establish critical performance measures and related processes, support supplier management activities, coordinate engineering support throughout the product lifecycle, and develop concepts for future product designs and technology insertion., * Resolve complex issues on critical programs related to architectural approaches, requirements, specifications, and design

• Lead technical aspects of proposal preparation
• Identify critical performance measures and develop processes for computing them
• Lead activities supporting Supplier Management, including make/buy recommendations and other technical services
• Coordinate engineering support throughout the product lifecycle
• Develop new concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements

• Recommend and manage technology insertion

• Physical Requirements & Environment
• Work 100% onsite in El Segundo, CA

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry
• 14+ years of related work experience
• 7+ years of verification experience, with 2+ years of UVM experience
• Strong SystemVerilog and UVM experience
• Self-checking and constrained-random verification experience
• Verification planning experience
• Experience with debugging, coverage closure, verification testing, VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION, and Debugging
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
• Regular and predictable attendance is required
