Job description

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot CRM.
  • Manage system configuration, workflows, automation, and integrations with other enterprise tools.
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and system access, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training, process documentation, and provide ongoing support to sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality, performing regular audits and implementing data governance best practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Project Management teams to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and sales reporting.
  • Build and maintain custom dashboards to track KPIs, sales performance, and client engagement metrics.
  • Partner with Marketing to align CRM workflows with lead generation, nurturing, and campaign reporting.
  • Support lead assignment, territory alignment, and standardization of CRM processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, adoption, and scalability.
  • Stay current with HubSpot product updates, features, and best practices, recommending enhancements aligned with business objectives.
  • Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with project management and ERP systems.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Sales revenue Forecasting?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.

  • HubSpot certifications (CRM Implementation, Sales Software, Marketing Hub, or Operations Hub) preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a HubSpot CRM Administrator or power user with admin-level responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or CRM process management.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, client relationship management, and data-driven forecasting.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot dashboards, reports, workflows, and automation.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with ERP or project management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and training skills with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities., * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
