Job description

  • Support and enhance ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions.
  • Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM platforms.
  • Perform data mapping, transformation, migration, analysis, and reporting activities.
  • Contribute to solution design, integration architecture, and technical implementation.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to support ongoing ServiceNow initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong ServiceNow CSM experience.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM integrations such as Salesforce or Dynamics.
  • Experience in data analysis, data management, mapping, transformation, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
  • Good communication, troubleshooting, and solution-design skills.
