Job description

  • Koordination und Führung des IT-Service-Teams
  • Organisation des allgemeinen Supports und Eskalation bei Bedarf
  • Optimierung des IT-Service-Prozesses nach ITIL
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Entwicklung eines Wissensportals für Self-Service-Lösungen
  • Sicherstellung der Aktualität und Validität der CMDB
  • Entwicklung und Reporting von KPIs sowie Changeplanung und -abstimmung

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Informatikbereich oder ein Bachelorabschluss in Informatik
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im IT-Service und Kenntnisse der aktuellen technologischen Entwicklungen
  • Leidenschaft für Prozessoptimierung und hohe Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägte Team- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
