Job description

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow CSM, including Case Management, Customer/Consumer Service, portals, SLAs, and Knowledge Management.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Develop using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, UI Policies, and ACLs.
  • Build and support REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and support testing, releases, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Requirements

  • Strong ServiceNow development experience with significant CSM expertise.
  • Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow platform knowledge.
  • Experience with workflows, Flow Designer, APIs, integrations, portals, and security.
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow data models and development best practices.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Desirable-

  • CSA, CAD, or CIS-CSM certification.
  • Dutch and English or French and English MUST
  • Experience with CSM implementations, ATF, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow upgrades.
  • Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, or FSM.
