Job description

Design, configure and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions, mainly across ITSM and CSM.
Build applications, flows, UI Policies, Business Rules and integrations.
Work end-to-end across the project lifecycle: analysis * design * development * testing * deployment.
Maintain, optimize and enhance existing ServiceNow modules.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server and Integration Hub.
Contribute to AI-driven innovations such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent and Automation.
Support platform governance, performance, security and best-practice implementation.
Advise stakeholders on ServiceNow architecture, configuration and optimization.

Requirements

If you are a hands-on ServiceNow professional with strong ITSM & CSM expertise and a passion for platform innovation, AI and GenAI, we’d love to hear from you!, French is a plus. French-speaking candidates with excellent English are also welcome when working within a predominantly Dutch-speaking team., * 4-5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Consultant.

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript on both client and server side.
Strong experience with Flow Designer and APIs.
Practical experience with REST/SOAP, MID Server and/or Integration Hub.
Good understanding of ACLs, platform security and CMDB structures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications are mandatory.
