Job description

  • Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents across Windows, Linux, and virtualised environments.
  • Support and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, and Wintel infrastructure.
  • Assist with network, server, and cloud technologies to ensure service availability.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while supporting end users and stakeholders.

Requirements

We are looking for a Desktop Engineer with experience in financial services to deliver technical support, infrastructure maintenance, and troubleshooting across a complex IT environment., * Strong experience as a Desktop Engineer supporting enterprise environments.

  • Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, VMware, and Hyper-V.
  • Networking knowledge including Cisco (CCNP desirable), Meraki, and SD-WAN.
  • Experience with Azure, Zscaler, and Cisco Umbrella.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, or Prince2 methodologies.
  • Previous financial services experience and excellent customer-facing skills.
