Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support HR operations, employee lifecycle transactions, reporting, and systems administration. This position plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity and ensuring seamless employee experiences throughout the employment lifecycle., * Manage employee lifecycle transactions within ADP Workforce Now, including:
- Onboarding
- New hire processing
- Job changes
- Transfers
- Terminations
- Maintain HRIS data integrity through audits, reporting, and quality control processes
- Generate and analyze HR, payroll, and workforce reports
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and business teams to resolve system and data issues
- Support process improvements and HR systems initiatives
- Assist with compliance reporting and documentation requirements
- Review large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, Payroll Systems, Reporting, or Data Analytics
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or another enterprise HRIS platform
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Data Validation
- Formulas and Functions
- Large Dataset Analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, * Experience supporting HR, payroll, and workforce data reporting
- Knowledge of HR compliance and employee lifecycle processes
- Experience with data audits, process improvement, or HR technology implementations

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
