Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support HR operations, employee lifecycle transactions, reporting, and systems administration. This position plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity and ensuring seamless employee experiences throughout the employment lifecycle., * Manage employee lifecycle transactions within ADP Workforce Now, including:

  • Onboarding
  • New hire processing
  • Job changes
  • Transfers
  • Terminations
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity through audits, reporting, and quality control processes
  • Generate and analyze HR, payroll, and workforce reports
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and business teams to resolve system and data issues
  • Support process improvements and HR systems initiatives
  • Assist with compliance reporting and documentation requirements
  • Review large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, Payroll Systems, Reporting, or Data Analytics
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or another enterprise HRIS platform
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
  • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Pivot Tables
  • Data Validation
  • Formulas and Functions
  • Large Dataset Analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, * Experience supporting HR, payroll, and workforce data reporting
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and employee lifecycle processes
  • Experience with data audits, process improvement, or HR technology implementations

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
