PC Refresh Technician

PTC is seeking a PC Refresh Technician to support enterprise device refresh and deployment activities. The role involves imaging, deploying, inventorying, and decommissioning desktops, laptops, monitors, and related IT equipment within a Windows 11 environment.

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Basic knowledge of:

• Windows OS *

• Imaging tools *

• SCCM *

• Intune

Experience with:

• Device deployment *

• Asset inventory *

• Equipment setup *

• Software installation
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and time management skills
• High School Diploma required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Skills

• Experience updating asset records in ServiceNow
• Experience supporting enterprise hardware refresh projects
