Job description

  • Provide onsite desktop support for end users
  • Install and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Perform rack and stack installation of servers, switches, routers, and related hardware
  • Label and document network and hardware installations
  • Replace faulty hardware components and perform basic diagnostics
  • Coordinate with remote technical teams during deployments and troubleshooting

Requirements

We are looking for an IT Support & Rack and Stack Technician. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IT support, hardware installation and rack and stack activities., * Experience with desktop support and IT field services

  • Hands-on experience with rack and stack activities
  • Familiarity with servers, switches, and enterprise hardware
  • Ability to work independently onsite
