Job description

Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable HR solutions.
Configure workflows, case management, knowledge management, and employee service center.
Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with Moveworks and/or Slate to improve self-service and automation.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Perform testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Requirements

3+ years of ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience.
Strong knowledge of HRSD modules, workflows, and integrations.
Experience with Moveworks and/or Slate integrations or implementations.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST APIs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow CSA/CIS-HR certifications.
Experience in Agile delivery and enterprise HR transformation projects

Benefits & conditions

Pay Range: $58 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
