ServiceNow System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator to support, configure, and maintain our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong platform administration experience, expertise in workflow automation, and the ability to support integrations and platform enhancements., * Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.

• Design, build, and support workflows and automations using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• Perform ServiceNow instance upgrades and platform maintenance activities.
• Manage users, roles, groups, updates, and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow issues and provide day-to-day operational support.
• Develop and maintain JavaScript-based scripts, business rules, and platform customizations.
• Support REST/SOAP integrations and collaborate with technical teams on enhancements.
• Work with stakeholders to identify requirements and implement ServiceNow improvements.

This is a fully remote contract opportunity for a candidate with 3-5 years of ServiceNow administration experience., * ServiceNow System Administrator Certification required.

• 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer is required., * ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro Certification.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
• Prior experience in contract or consulting environments.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
