Technical Lead - IBM Cognos

Job Summary: Technical Lead (IBM Cognos Reporting, Framework Manager and data Modules, strong SQL skills, Database Oracle, DB2), * Lead the design, development, and maintenance of IBM Cognos reporting solutions.

• Design and manage Framework Manager models, packages, and Data Modules.
• Develop complex reports, dashboards, and BI solutions to meet business requirements.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for Oracle and DB2 databases to ensure reporting performance.
• Gather requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting, data, and performance issues.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, DBAs, and project teams to deliver high-quality BI solutions
• Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and project delivery timelines
