Internet Inventory Specialist

• Add new and pre-owned inventory to our website and online sales platforms
• Keep vehicle information, pricing, specifications, mileage, colors, and availability accurate and up to date
• Take and/or organize high-quality photos of inventory
• Write clear, accurate descriptions for online vehicle listings
• Review listings for accuracy and correct missing or outdated information
• Update inventory as units arrive, are sold, or change status
• Help maintain consistent presentation and quality across online listings
• Assist with online merchandising, promotions, and featured inventory
• Clean and detail vehicles for photos

Rob’s Performance Motorsports is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Internet Inventory Specialist to join our team in Johnson Creek, WI. This position plays an important role in making sure our online inventory is accurate, attractive, and up to date so customers can easily find and shop our large selection of powersports vehicles.

• Comfortable working with computers, websites, and digital tools
• Good written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Willingness to learn our inventory systems and processes
• Basic photography skills or an eye for presenting vehicles well online
• Knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, or the powersports industry is a plus
• Previous dealership, inventory, e-commerce, or online merchandising experience is helpful but not required
