Salesforce OCM Consultant

We are seeking a Salesforce Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support enterprise Salesforce initiatives by driving user adoption, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring employees understand, embrace, and effectively utilize new Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management strategies and plans.

• Create communication plans that clearly articulate the value and impact of Salesforce initiatives.

• Partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to drive change readiness and adoption.

• Design and deliver training materials, including presentations, videos, user guides, and other enablement resources.

• Support Salesforce and Agentforce rollouts through targeted communication and engagement campaigns.

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and assess organizational readiness for change.

• Monitor adoption metrics and gather user feedback to recommend continuous improvement opportunities.

• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.

• Experience supporting Organizational Change Management initiatives within Salesforce environments.

• Strong background creating communication, training, and adoption strategies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience developing training materials, videos, presentations, and user documentation.

• Ability to engage stakeholders across various levels of an organization.

• Strong project coordination and collaboration skills.
