In-Store Solutions Expert / Technician

The In-Store Solutions Expert position will work in our Pembroke Pines store. This position REQUIRES strong technical repair of mobile devices, gaming consoles, laptops and computers as well as sales knowledge for mobile devicesas well as exemplary customer service skills to ensure an excellent client experience., * Build rapport with clients both in store and over the phone to ensure we can address their needs and provide a solution.

• Provide repair and replacement estimates.
• Repairs: Perform repairs on clients’ mobile devices (cell phones, tablets, gaming consoles, laptops, commuters).
• Sales: Offer partner services and explain their benefits to each client.
• Meet or exceed key performance objectives, including sales and client satisfaction goals.

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Technical sales?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Professional experience repairing electronics (cell phones, iPads, tablets, gaming consoles, laptops, computers) (Required)

• Outstanding sales and customer service skills with proven job experience (Required)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Required)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Technical degree or certification in electronics (Preferred)
• Previous experience working at retail electronics store (Preferred)
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• High school diploma or GED, * Do you have a valid driver’s license?
• Are you willing to have required background, driving, and drug screenings done?

Experience:

• professional cell phone/mobile device repair: 2 years (Preferred)
• retail sales of cellphone and services: 2 years (Preferred)
