Job description
This is a hands-on operational role for someone who likes to be at the heart of the action: monitoring online performance, solving issues, coordinating with different teams and making sure customers enjoy a smooth journey from click to delivery.
You will act as a key point of contact between E-commerce, IT, Customer Service, Logistics and external partners, ensuring that the online business runs efficiently every day.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor the daily performance of the e-commerce platforms and key operational KPIs, identifying opportunities and potential issues.
- Ensure a smooth and reliable online customer journey, from website navigation and checkout to payment and delivery.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, proactively identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions.
- Act as the operational bridge between E-commerce, IT, Customer Service, Logistics, Project teams and external partners.
- Follow up on payment, delivery and order-related processes, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
- Coordinate the management of incidents and technical issues, prioritising them according to their impact on customers and the business.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of e-commerce processes, tools and ways of working.
- Analyse performance and operational data to identify trends, recurring issues and areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of new e-commerce initiatives, projects and system enhancements.
- Ensure a high level of data accuracy, operational quality and customer satisfaction across the online channel., * A collaborative environment where you will work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

- Salary range between 45-65K gross per year and extra legal advantages.
Requirements
- You have 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital operations, online retail or a similar hands-on environment.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English; Dutch is mandatory for the role. French is a strong plus.
- You have a strong operational mindset and enjoy getting into the details to understand and solve problems.
- You are analytical, structured and solution-oriented, with a natural ability to prioritise.
- You are comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- You don’t wait for problems to solve themselves: you are proactive, hands-on and pragmatic.
- You have a genuine interest in retail, e-commerce and customer experience.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, payment solutions, ticketing tools or analytics platforms is a plus.
