Job description

  • Review current business requirements and occupancy-planning processes
  • Assess existing ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) capabilities against those requirements
  • Work with client floor plans and business scenarios
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and ServiceNow configurations
  • Develop representative floor-plan examples within ServiceNow WSD
  • Evaluate what functionality can be migrated, what would require modification, and what may remain outside ServiceNow
  • Identify integration considerations, dependencies, gaps, and potential constraints
  • Provide a practical recommendation and roadmap for potential migration or expansion

Requirements

  • Strong ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) experience
  • Practical experience with space and occupancy management
  • Experience with workplace reservations
  • Experience translating business requirements into ServiceNow technical solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to configure/build ServiceNow WSD solutions
  • AutoCAD/floor-plan proficiency
  • Understanding of corporate real estate and workplace management processes
  • Experience conducting technical/business POCs
  • Ability to assess integrations and migration approaches
  • Strong consultative and stakeholder-facing skills
