Job description

The City of Tolleson is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Management Support Coordinator - Employee Resources/Information Technology. The Management Support Coordinator provides advanced administrative, executive, and project support to the Deputy City Manager and Information Technology Manager. The position coordinates complex assignments, departmental initiatives, meetings, schedules, communications, vendors, contracts, records, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-up activities. It also prepares correspondence, reports, presentations, policies, procedures, workflows, and other operational resources; maintains organized project documentation; supports process improvements; and handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion, sound judgment, organization, and follow-through.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of directly related experience; or an equivalent combination of directly related education and experience. Valid Arizona driver’s license required.

Light: Exerting up to 20 lbs. occasionally, 10 lbs. frequently, or negligible amounts constantly OR requires walking or standing to a significant degree.
