Job description

We are seeking a strong ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience developing and implementing AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with Now Assist, AI Agents/Agentic AI, ServiceNow development, and platform integrations., * Develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Design and implement AI Agents and AI-powered workflows within ServiceNow.
Leverage Now Assist and ServiceNow AI capabilities to enhance automation and user experiences.
Develop and integrate ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, scripts, and APIs.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and AI solutions.
Clearly communicate technical concepts and project status to stakeholders.

Requirements

Strong hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
Proven experience with ServiceNow Now Assist and/or ServiceNow AI capabilities.
Hands-on experience building or implementing AI Agents / Agentic AI within ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide scripting, workflows, integrations, and ServiceNow APIs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
