IT Support Engineer

Our client is seeking a IT Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support at their Derry/Londonderry location. This individual will serve as the primary IT resource for the site, supporting end users and ensuring day-to-day technology operations run smoothly., * Provide hands-on support for end-user hardware and IT equipment, including PCs, printers, and scanners.

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Respond to user support requests and deliver excellent customer service.
• Support ongoing IT operations and assist with a site migration project scheduled for December.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to maintain a stable and efficient technology environment.

• Experience providing onsite desktop or field service support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Ability to work independently as the primary IT resource on-site.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
