Job description

Durchführung des IT- Supports sowohl telefonisch als auch per Fernwartung Entgegennahme von Störungsmeldungen Datenerfassung und -klassifizierung im Ticketsystem Installation und Konfiguration von Software Beratung und Unterstützung der Anwender bei der Störungsbehebung

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support Gute Englischkenntnisse Sehr gute Kenntnisse über gängige Hard- und Software Kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, gute Kommunikation und freundliches Auftreten
