Job description

  • Qualifizierte Störungsannahme per Telefon und E-Mail zu Soft- und Hardwareproblemen
  • Priorisierung, Klassifizierung und Dokumentation der Störungen im Ticketsystem
  • Pflege und Dokumentation in der Wissensdatenbank
  • Fehleranalyse sowie Herbeiführung von Erstlösungen durch Remote Support
  • Weiterleitung von Störungen an nachgelagerte Supportbereiche

Requirements

  • Ausbildung im IT Bereich (Fachinformatiker, IT Systemkaufmann/-frau etc.) oder Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung mit Windows Betriebssystemen und MS Office Produkten
  • ideal: Erfahrung im Support
  • von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen
  • Sichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2/C1)
