Job description

  • betreuen Kunden bei IT bezogenen Fragen per Telefon und E Mail
  • erklären die Funktionalitäten der unternehmenseigenen Software
  • leisten 1st und 2nd Level Support via Fernwartung oder vor Ort, zum Beispiel bei der Installation von Software oder dem Einspielen von Updates
  • erstellen Service Tickets fĂźr die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen

Requirements

  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • IT Kenntnisse und ein gutes technisches Verständnis
  • gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache
  • erste Berufserfahrung im IT Support ist von Vorteil
