• Serve as the primary change management partner, working with executive sponsors, business leaders, program management teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conduct enterprise-wide change impact assessments and define comprehensive readiness, communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies.
• Develop and execute change roadmaps aligned with program objectives, timelines, and business priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks, success metrics, and reporting mechanisms to measure organizational readiness, adoption, and change effectiveness.
• Identify organizational risks, resistance points, and stakeholder concerns while developing targeted mitigation strategies.
• Coach leaders and managers on change leadership best practices and their role in driving employee adoption.
• Collaborate closely with program teams, technology leaders, and business partners to ensure seamless deployment and long-term sustainability of change initiatives.
• Drive change management activities supporting procurement transformation, supplier lifecycle management, third-party risk management, vendor management, sourcing, and enterprise technology implementations.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Change Manager to execute on established, organizational change efforts for a large-scale enterprise transformation focused on commercial, procurement, supplier management, and technology modernization initiatives. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership while remaining hands-on in the execution of change management activities across multiple global workstreams.

FThe ideal candidate brings 10+ years of enterprise change management experience, a proven track record leading complex technology implementations, and the ability to influence Senior stakeholders while driving adoption, organizational readiness, and business outcomes., * 10+ years of Change Management experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated success supporting change management workstreams for complex technology, ERP, digital transformation, or operating model transformation programs.
• Experience managing executive-level stakeholders and building influence across multiple business functions.
• Strong expertise in organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption planning.
• Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically, developing change strategies while executing day-to-day delivery activities.
• Experience partnering with PMOs, technology teams, consulting partners, and business leadership in highly matrixed organizations.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience establishing adoption metrics, KPIs, and change management governance frameworks., * Experience driving change efforts for procurement, sourcing, supplier management, vendor management, contract lifecycle management (CLM), or third-party risk management programs.
• Extensive experience supporting enterprise software implementations, including ERP, procurement, finance, supply chain, or SaaS platforms.
• Strong experience with SAP Ariba implementations or procurement transformation initiatives highly preferred.
• Background supporting Fortune 500 or global enterprise organizations.
• Experience within consulting environments leading enterprise change programs.
• Prosci, CCMP, PMP, or similar change/project management certifications preferred., The successful candidate is a Senior-level change management professional who has successfully navigated large-scale enterprise transformations and can confidently engage stakeholders from front-line teams through executive leadership. This individual combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, excels in influencing complex organizations, and has a track record of driving measurable adoption and business outcomes for mission-critical technology implementations., * Experience supporting procurement technology, supplier management, or SAP Ariba-related transformations is strongly preferred, Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
