Senior ServiceNow Platform Specialist

In a public-sector environment in Brussels, you will be responsible for the design, development, configuration and ongoing improvement of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and ITIL processes. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and configure ServiceNow solutions.
• Customize modules such as ITSM, CMDB and HRSD.
• Analyze stakeholder needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop workflows, scripts, business rules and UI policies.
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP and SSO.
• Ensure the maintenance, optimization and continuous improvement of the platform.
• Contribute to governance and the ongoing improvement of ITIL processes.
• Train and support internal users.

You have proven experience as a Product Manager. Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow, with a focus on ITSM.
• Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS and the Glide API.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal and Reporting.
• Experience with integrations via REST/SOAP, LDAP and SSO.

Methodological Skills

• Good knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 best practices.

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation is preferred.
• ServiceNow certifications such as System Administrator or Application Developer are an asset.
