About role As a Conceirge/Queue co-ordinator with expertise in Operations team, you will collaborate with our client’s department. You will be responsible for Administration. Our client is currently looking for a recruit to join their current team, below are the job details for your reference: You can also ask our friendly recruitment team for any questions you may have about the role, between 08.00am till 04.00pm. Monday to Friday. Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Job Description: We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Tech Hub Concierge to join our on-site IT support team across the client estate.
As the first point of contact for customers visiting the Tech Hub, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of the service. This position combines customer service, administration, stock management and basic IT support activities within a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers into the Tech Hub and provide a professional, friendly experience.
- Triage customer requests and direct them to the appropriate engineer or support team.
- Manage customer queues and appointments effectively.
- Assist with the distribution and collection of IT equipment including laptops, monitors, keyboards, mice and mobile devices.
- Support stock management activities, including inventory checks and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare IT equipment for deployment to end users.
- Update ticketing systems with accurate information and progress notes.
- Assist with user onboarding activities and equipment handovers.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional Tech Hub environment.
- Work closely with on-site engineers to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
- Support account-specific projects and technology refresh activities when required.
