Desktop Support Technician

• Provide L1-L2 support for office-based users and visiting employees
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, phones, and AV issues
• Support iPhones, iPads, desk phones, and computers
• Log, track, and update support tickets in the service system
• Provision and de-provision IT assets for employees
• Maintain accurate records and support documentation
• Manage local IT stockroom and asset inventory
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
• Support equipment testing, monitoring, and basic modifications

• Associate’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent training
• 2-4 years of relevant desktop support experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of iPhones, iPads, and computer hardware
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing tools
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Apple Business Manager
• Experience supporting an MDM platform
• Familiarity with AI tools
• Experience with internet directory services software
